Booking Terms
Kenya and Tanzania journeys
Deposit: USD 250 per person, non-refundable, due at confirmation to hold your spot. It is deducted from any refund.
Balance: by wire transfer (USD 30 fee) or credit card (3.5% fee).
Refunds are based on calendar days between the confirmed cancellation date and Day 1.
More than 180 days before: 100% of the participant fee, less the deposit and a USD 100 admin fee.
90 to 179 days before: 85%, less the deposit and USD 100 admin fee.
60 to 89 days before: 50%, less the deposit and USD 100 admin fee.
Less than 60 days before: no refund, but payment can move to another date, subject to price increases. The deposit, admin fee and a USD 1,000 late cancellation fee apply.
No refunds once the programme has started, and no prorating for late arrival.
Insurance: travellers arrange their own flight and cancellation insurance. Travel health insurance of at least USD 50,000 is mandatory and proof may be requested.
Believe Safari programmes may be postponed, changed or cancelled because of events beyond our control. Believe Safari is not responsible for refunding international flights or personal expenses.
Medinas & Mulligans (Morocco)
Deposit: USD 250 per person, non-refundable, due at confirmation.
Balance due 8 months before travel.
Cancel 6+ months before: refund less USD 500 per person.
Cancel 3 to 6 months before: refund less USD 1,000 per person.
Cancel within 3 months: no refund. Can move to the following year less a USD 1,000 late cancellation fee, subject to any price increase.
Arrival day is Saturday. Transfers on arrival and departure days are included. Other days: EUR 20 per person.
Extra nights: EUR 200 per person, EUR 300 single, including breakfast and taxes. Not guaranteed, book early.
